Zucchini bread with walnuts

Of the sweet breads, zucchini bread with walnuts is one of my favorites. I like to warm a piece up and watch a pat of butter melt into the bread. The smell of zucchini bread reminds me of my mom. What sweet memories that bready aroma brings back.
