- Homemade Almond milk with bananas and honey. This nosh looks like some great comfort food to eat on a beautiful Spring day. [Appetite for China]
- Lotus Chips. These are so easy to make, and pretty to look at because the Lotus root itself has a unique pinwheel like appearance. Just cut a Lotus root into thin slices and then dunk into a deep fat fryer til crispy golden brown. You can also bake them for a lower caloric and fat version. Throw some sea salt or garlic salt on top. Yum! [Cook & Eat]
- Leek Tart with Gruyere cheese and Prosciutto. I love Prosciutto, and it could it eat it in almost anything. This nosh looks like a fantastic weekend snack for when company comes over. [Well Fed]
- Now here's a chocolate cupcake like you've never seen. It's filled with a ginger caramel on the inside, has a Mango Ganache frosting, AND is topped with a tiny Mango-Ginger wonton. Yes, a wonton. I give this creation 4 stars just for creativity. It looks divine. [Cupcake Blog]
