Had dinner the other night at Chef Chu's a famous Chinese Restaurant in Los Altos. If you ever go, I highly recommend the sizzling rice chicken dish. It's one of my favorites.
Many a famous person and dignitary has eaten at Chef Chu's like Jimmy Carter, Steve Young, and JFK Jr. Here's his picture on the wall, and as we were walking out of the restaurant, I had to stop and take a picture because it was nice to take a moment to remember John-John.
Are you like me and have these moments like you still can't believe he's gone? I really liked that guy. Never met him, but he just seemed really down to earth, warm, and likable. I get like that with Princess Diana. I'm still expecting to see new pictures of her show up on Star or People.
Anyway, here's a moment of respect for JFK Jr.
