Instead of coffee this morning, I decided to go to @wholefoodspv and get a fresh juice. I've been on a green kick lately, so I got this 12oz "Green Giant" packed with celery, cucumber, spinach, parsley, wheat grass, and apple.
What I love about fresh green juices is that when I don't feel like chewing or cooking, I can still get a good dosage of nutrient goodness by drinking the greens.
In fact, the second I took a sip of my juice, I could immediately feel the nutrients doing their thing. Parsley and wheat grass are a bit of an acquired taste, but it feels awesome to take in something my body highly benefits from.
