One of our daily healthy habits is starting the day off with a big bowl of nutrient-packed greens. To help inspire your next green fix, this morning, we ate this salad made entirely from ingredients we got at the farmer's market where we can get a huge bunch of kale for $1. What a deal!
Our breakfast salad has chopped kale with cherries, blueberries, grapes, a yellow-orange heirloom tomato, and walnuts. There's a toss of micro greens on top for prettiness.
We massaged the kale with Brianna's Blush Wine Vinaigrette. Massaging the greens is a great way to get dressing to cover all the ingredients.
