One of my favorite pre-made veggie burgers is Amy's California Veggie Burger because it's vegan, soy-free, cholesterol-free, and non-GMO.
I had some fun with my veggie burger and added arugula, roasted tomato, grilled mushrooms, a vegan roasted pepper cheez spread I got from a small local shop, organic ketchup, and honey mustard. The bread is Alvardo Street Bakery Essential Sprouted Flax Seed Bread which is only 50 calories per slice and is made from all non-GMO ingredients.
For a meatless meal, this veggie burger rocks!
