After arugula and kale, my favorite green is chard especially the bright colored red, yellow, and orange chards. What a beautiful way to add color, crunch, and nutrients into your day!
For a simple dish, chop some chard and sautee in olive oil, chopped garlic, and chopped onion for like 2 minutes. The hard will be softer but still crunchy.
Eat some chard!
