Tintern is a Welsh cheese that has a creamy cheddar flavor with chives and shallots, and it is totally delicious. I put chunks of Tintern on some Pecan Nut-thins made by Blue Diamond which are a nut and rice mix and are wheat and gluten free. This cheese and cracker mix made for a yummy afternoon nosh.
