I had quite a few people ask me for vegetarian friendly protein snack ideas since I mentioned that one way to help combat intense sugar cravings is to eat some protein every two hours. This was advice from my naturopathic doctor and it really did help me. I also included some vegan friendly ideas. I only included Protein info but I linked each snack to its nutritional information so you can get all the info if you like. Enjoy!
