I like the TJ's meatballs because they make for a quick and easy high protein snack. My favorites are the Turkey Balls, and I'll eat two of them with a little barbecue sauce or just dip them in organic ketchup.
The Meatless balls are made with textured vegetable protein and wheat gluten, and they are pretty tasty. Of all the meatball choices, the meatless version will give you the highest protein amount.
