Lately, for some reason I've been craving seaweed. Perhaps, my inner mermaid is hungry or the bod just has a hankering for some extra Iodine or perhaps Vitamin B12 not from an animal source. A popular Korean snack are rectangle cut seaweed leaves roasted in sesame oil and salted. They are really delicious, and make for a tasty veg roll snack. I found this baby avocado at one of my local independent grocers. Aren't they cute?
This Noshbox contains:
- Korean seaweed leaves roasted and seasoned
- Baby avocado
- Cucumber slices
- Steamed white rice sprinkled with Eden Organic Seaweed Gomasio
This snack is gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan friendly, non-dairy, and low sugar. The avocado contains good for you monounsaturated fats.
To make some tiny rolls. Simply cut the avocado into slivers and then pile on top of the seaweed with the rice and cucumber like in the picture below and then roll up ready to nosh. So dee-lish!
