One of the things that greatly contributed to me not only shedding 30lbs and keeping it off for two years now, but also aided in creating a healthier me is my food philosophy which I call, "eating wellness" which is basically eating your way to vibrant health through better food choices.
I can tell you from personal experience that I had a myriad of health issues like depression, cantankerous bowels, gas, rashes, eczema, and weight gain all but disappear once I started eating better foods suited to work well for my body.
