Next time you want to make paleo, vegan, or gluten-free friendly tacos or wraps consider using savoy cabbage leaves. Not only does savoy cabbage have a nice broad round shape like a tortilla, but the crinkly texture makes for some looking food.
Your trypical green or red cabbage leaves are tougher and hard rubbery which is good for slaw but not so much for bendy tacos and wraps. The leaves of the savoy cabbage are more tender, and are sweeter and milder in taste comparison.
I think the savoy cabbage is fun looking, and definitely something new to dazzle your noshing companions with.
