One of my favorite snacks are small rolls of avocado and cucumber sushi rolls. You can find this combo almost everywhere sushi is sold. I like them because you usually get 8 pieces, so it's easy to eat like 4 or 5, and save the rest for later.
The only fat in these rolls are in the avocado which is the good kind of Omega fat you want anyway. The avocado, cucumber roll is a tasty alternative to more fatty and caloric rolls like Dragon or California which is typically made with mayo.
I always use gluten-free tamari or soy sauce to dip my rolls in.
