Turkey and stuffing galore. Here's some ideas to make yummy nosh using leftovers from yesterday's Thanksgiving feast:
Omelette: Turkey, cremed spinach, tomato, onion, and cheddar cheese. Top omelette with sour cream.
Sandwich: Turkey, stuffing, potato, cranberry sauce on ciabatta bread
Soup: Turkey, potato, green beans, carrots, some gravy, and chicken stock.
Salad: green salad mix, turkey, pecans, cheese cubes, avocado, and honey mustard dressing.
Vegetarian sandwich: leftover spring salad, tomato, yams, swiss cheese in pita with sweet tomato aoli.
